Altering both the visual appeal and functional form of a home that was originally built in 1905 Baukultur/ca turned a seemingly ordinary home in into a cheerful bright and inviting modern residence. Both the new interior and the exterior rely largely on elegant use of wood and a neutral color palette that employs white in an extensive fashion. It is the lower level that contains the new living area kitchen and dining space that tastefully flow into the gorgeous rear deck even as the top floor holds the bedrooms and other private spaces.
Designed by Summer Thornton Design the new interior of this 5500-square-foot townhouse is truly enchanting as it combines chic tasteful modernity with inviting elegance and a hint of unabashed glam. Inspired by both Californian coastal style and Alaskan design simplicity lots of white natural finishes and organic textures shape this ingenious home.
With a large open living area comfortable bedrooms and minimal décor that rely on the textural beauty of wood this impressive Canadian getaway is as inviting as it is dramatic!
