The contemporary residence was designed by Jobim Carlevaro Arquitetos keeping in mind the specific needs of the homeowners which included an open social zone and a dashing deck outside. To ensure that the living room dining area and kitchen flow seamlessly into the outdoor pool deck a basement level parking was designed along with space for utility rooms.
On the inside it is a series of open and close spaces stylish living areas where wooden warmth is combined with polished finishes and elegant contemporary décor that set the mood. The existing Queenslander was moved towards the neighboring two-story home while a single townhouse was added next to the series of three continuous dwellings to fit the entire development within the constraints of the limited site.
Designed by Summer Thornton Design the new interior of this 5500-square-foot townhouse is truly enchanting as it combines chic tasteful modernity with inviting elegance and a hint of unabashed glam.
